As social media manager for Lililu On King, I was responsible for promoting our 12 Days of Christmas Sale and encouraging foot traffic into our store. I decided to create an email campaign using MailChimp in addition to a social media campaign.
Before I could start designing the email, I needed to go through our customer database and optimize all emails to import into MailChimp. This was my first experience with MailChimp and I had little to no guidance, mainly learning from trial and error while googling my questions. This was a great learning experience for me and help pave the way to further Lililu's online brand awareness with customers.
